Ellen Bloom wasn't always the social abomination in her school. It was all because of one night back in eighth grade; one terrible night, that left her whole world upside down. It is her senior year now, and she is finally coming to terms with the fact that nothing could change the past.

When Parker Ryan, the new kid, enters her life, her world is flipped again. Only she doesn't know if it's for good. Parker has his own baggage and sometimes, it gets hard for him to carry all the weight by himself.
