Catherine WestBrook never liked the fact that her mother thought she was in charge. She didn't like alot of things: The fact her room was pink, the fact she couldn't read the books she wanted, the fact she had to be prim and proper even when she just wanted to fall onto a sofa and splurge a little. she did like one thing though: Her classmate Eric Sullivan. He was the ruler of the halls and the basketball team.He doesn't get how she can stay away from him...but really she can't. But the trick is to not make it obvious right, girls?:)

I heard you're a player. So let's play a game. Let's sweet talk. Let's play fight. Let's talk 24/7. Let's tell each other good morning and good night every day. Let's take walks together. Let's give each other nicknames. Let's hang out with each others friends. Let's go on dates. Let's talk on the phone all night. Let's hold each other. Let's kiss and hug. And whoever falls in love first? Loses. If you asked anyone to describe Avery Harrison in three words, everyone would say; sarcastic, care-free, and stubborn. Everybody tends to love her, why? Because she's fun and always has something hilarious to say... Unless she doesn't like you of course, then you might call her; snide, sharp and bitchy. If you did the same with Hunter Matthews it would definitely be: hot, gorgeous, beautiful, and nearly everyone would miss the slight detail that he's a player. That one slight detail is the entire reason Avery hates him, he threw girls away like old tissues, why would she? But with one scheming best friend, they are both pushed into playing 'The Game' with a prize for whoever wins. They pretend to date and whoever falls, loses. The question is: who will lose, the girl against love or the player?l
