Every year, the 16 year-olds of every city surround the Capital City of London, travels to London Headquarter for the Induction Ceremony. They will choose their path- to transfer to another city or stay in their home. 
  16 year old Zakayla Darium lives in a world in which society is divided into six cities. As each person enters adulthood, he or she must choose a city and commit to their lifestyle for life. Zakayla chooses Detroit-her home- -- those who pursue bravery above all else and are the protectors of the Boundary. However, her induction leads to the discovery that she is a Divider. That means she can read minds. Warned that she must conceal her talent, Zakayla uncovers a looming war which threatens everyone she loves.
