Jessica Schaffer has a good life. Loving and supportive family. She makes good grades has lots of friends, but is never the one to call herself popular. She is what you would call busy; she's the best runner on her track team (leading her team to the world wide final), second baseman on her softball team, holds the high jump record at her school, best actor in her drama club, president of the debate club, best swimmer at Rosewood Middle School, and plays the clarinet in the school band. She lives her life like any normal 12 year old would, simple and care-free. One day, she finds out the truth, and her all to well life comes crumbling down.
Lindsey Smith had what persons would call a perfect life. She graduated from teacher's college with honors, she lives in a comfortable home and a career that she loves.
Despite that, Lindsey was not happy. There is a void that was in her heart because of her daughter that was taken away from her ten years ago.
With determination she decides to find her daughter and along the way met charming Ryan Cameron. Was this a terrible idea or will she get more than she bargained for?
