It's back in the 1800s, where horses were the main source of transportation, and the roads are dirt. In this time there is a small town, where everyone tips their hats to one another and there are small cafes and taverns scattered around, where the houses are small but the markets are many. This town is for the downright northern folk, the ones who just want to sit their tea and talk with neighbors over their freshly farmed crops. But this is also a town people use to escape those who ridicule them for their beliefs; the whole town is convinced that the super natural roam the earth, and anything they deem evil is executed. This is where Phil Lester comes into play. A 24 year old mute man who works in the most popular cafe in the town, has been his entire life. Nobody knows why he's mute, and most people don't dwell on it. Instead they just eat their food and give him a smile. They don't suspect a thing. Phil is a vampire, unable to open his mouth so customers can't see his fangs. He's a generally happy person around his fellow waiters and waitresses, also vampires, but his life is a bit secluded. That is, until a certain brown eyed boy runs into the cafe, begging for them to hide him from an angry mob outside. His name is Dan Howell, and something about him is a bit...
