Lucy leaves fairytail because the have started treating her diffrently. Ever since Erza said that lucy was a "Dissopointment to the guild" and should just leave and natsu happily agrees with erza and everyone else nods their heads in agreement. Mira and wendy standed up for Lucy and they all agreed to leave their guild they once loved.
