Anxiety... Oh, lovely Mr. Anxiety. We have known each other so long now and yet my fondness for you is still (and will forever be) non-existent.
Hello lovely reader, my name is J and I have General Anxiety Disorder.
I am a functioning human being living life as best I can but sometimes I find myself almost, 'stuck in the mud', if you will.
This little book - of sorts - is going to be a collection of my anxieties. I want to write them all out and begin understanding them all a little better and hopefully helping, aiding and relating to a few of you on the way.
Like a diary, I guess.

This has evolved somewhat since it began - like myself, I guess.
I needed this as an outlet for my anxiety, intrusive thoughts and general angst; and it helped. But now, I see this being a real-life journey in a creative format.
I love writing stories and what I find the most therapeutic is creatively communicating my own experiences and turning them into snippets of stories.

You know when people say how it's like love at first sight when seeing their love for the first time? You look him in the eyes and know he's the man of your dreams. Bullshit! But I've mastered how to tell someone just a little about myself but doing it in a way that makes the person in front of me think they know a lot. Jasper, somehow, sees through this every fucking time and it's absolutely infuriating. He knew he was blushing; he could feel it. Boy, did he hate that. "I-I never sleep," his eyes darted away for a moment, "maybe I was thinking of all the ways I could bash your face in."
