Mark was making a video while he was playing and he picked up the key chain. His comment section and twitter page was exploding with comments saying that he should find her and/or date her. Mark saw that the key chain was signed by Jacksepticeye. It's around the time that PAX happens so Mark will be able to ask Jack about it.
