Dallas Marie Carroll is lost in the woods during the zombie apocolyps hidding, running, and killing walkers along the way. What happens though when she runs into a group that's willing to let her in and help her to survive through this fucked up world. What will happen when a certain redneck starts taking an interest in her and wants to protect her more than anything? Will he realize what his feelings for her actually are, or will he hid them all away? Will she fall for him and grow the courage to get close to someone new, or will she hide away her feelings and leave before things become more?

This is a Daryl Dixon romance, it will have the rest of the characters in his group. It will be taking place at the Prison the Governor doesn't exist and things actually go perfect for them for once.
