Until Then

Adelaide had gone through so much since childhood. She and her brother had lost their parents at young age. She had witnessed how their livelihood had been stripped off their hands. She had experienced life's harmful revenge and had been overcoming them with all her might.

Through it all she had Harvey to thank for because he was always there. Until a tragedy took his life when they were dating in her sophomore years in college.

After five long years living without Harvey, she was starting all over again and met Carson, a professional photographer who had liked her eversince he saw her at Cup of Hope, a coffee shop he occasionally spend some time to help out. Adelaide was starting to like him because he was sweet and a perfect gentleman.

Until one day, Harvey showed up alive. He looked much better than she could remember. She felt betrayed and hurt. But this Harvey was different and was so determined to give her life hell more than ever in ways she could not fathom. Her emotions were in turmoil, leaving her half wanting and half hating him all the same.

Now she was so torn between her growing feelings for Carson and her longing for Harvey regardless of what happened in the past.

Will she choose Carson to start a new life? Or will she fall even harder for Harvey despite the fact that he had lied to her?

A/N: Hello readers! This is my very first attempt to write a novel. Obviously, I had no experience when it comes to writing stories but I have this urge to write whatever idea is formed in my mind. I hope you will give this story a chance.
