It was twisted. Everything was upside down and now it was time for Kiera to save him.
-sneak peak-
"Kiera,"he gently called which made my heart felt warm. "In order for me to do this, I need you to help me,"he looked serious, although his eyes could be read as if he was at ease. He was biting his lips, flashing a nervous side of him.
I was even nervous. "Sure,"I answered him the way friends would. But then again, I wasn't sure what we were.
"Alright, I need you to ask me like this,"he said, his voice a little shaky although not sensed. "Ask me, 'Mark, if you could give me something so valuable and hard to get, what would you give me?'" he breathed out.
"Emily! Come down here! The boys have missed you!" Jackson shouted from downstairs.
I lazily got up from the comfort of my bed, adjusting my clothes. I barely knew the boys. They were always such bullies anyway. They would make fun of me when I was younger for being a little chubby and short.
It's been about 10 years since I've seen them. I'm 19 now and I'm still afraid of what they might think of me.
I walked down the stairs and entered the kitchen, where I had inferred for them to be. "Woah. Emily. Puberty hit you."
I looked up to see the boys. They don't look as horrific as I had remembered.
