Alex Warner, an Investigator for B.O.T.I., and his partner Lewis Hong travel around eliminating all of the Rebels and their contributors. The world as we know it has changed in 2053 since technology advanced to the point where androids and A.I. actually exist and dominate the planet. Everyone now has cyber-extensions of some kind. A robotic arm, leg, ear, eye, etc. Any human who refuses to accept the change is labeled as a Rebel and is eliminated on the spot. After the death of his family, Alex must decide if it's better to play the game safe and stick with the Cybers or join sides with the Rebels and fight for what's right, but what is truly right? Follow Alex and his partner on their comedy, action-packed journey as they discover the truth behind everything.

In the not-so-distant future evolved humans emerged. Those who had powers that broke conventional laws of physics, chemistry, and biology were dubbed E.H.s (evolved humans); it was wondrous for a time. Of course if there was power to be used there would be those who misuse. To that end the evolved humans police department was formed to deal with all crime committed by or connected to E.H.s, a force entirely comprised of E.H.s trained to stop and capture any E.H. breaking the law. Adlet Blacksteel is the newest edition to the E.H.P.D., his skills and experience as a hostage extractor makes him an invaluable edition. Joined by his new partner, Jenna Jones, he pursues a secretive manhunt for the Soldiers Of The New World, an underground E.H. crime organization that has a hand in all that is illegal, and their mysterious leader: String, who, seemingly, has eyes and ears everywhere. While Adlet and Jenna intend on doing this by the books, their unsavory past with two of String's captains may muddy their judgement, or, more accurately, it already has. As String's ambitions grow beyond just controlling the city's underbelly Adlet and Jenna are forced to take action with an ally he did not desire.
