Meet Caisy Writtle a young, smart, beautiful and talented nobody. She lives in an era where humans are weak and forsaken. The supernatural are the world leaders. They control the weak and they practically feed of fear. Caisy how ever is different from your average human but she is still human. She is not a zombie nor a demon...yes those vile creatures do exist. She Is Human but somewhere something went wrong... So weird doing this in the third person. Hi I am Caisy and I am an alcoholic.(it's a joke) .Lets see.. I am about seventeen years old. I have a form of memory loss and there is slight possibility that I am crazy, bonkers, off my rocker and or missing a few screws. I am not so sure yet, I will be able to confirm a little later. Well I hope you're ready for an adventure cause you are in for a good one. Are you ready to follow me to the end of this forsaken book? Yes I did type that... Are you ready to meet new and idiotic people? Are you ready to visit new but not so descriptive places. YES YOU ARE!!

When I was a little girl, I believed in fairy tales. I believed in princes and princesses and knights in shining armor. I believed in forever and happily ever afters. I was ten when reality hit me. My mom brought the evil home with her and there was no escaping it. That's when I learned that fairy tales were just that: fairy tales. The bad stuff is real, though. The difference is that I now know that the monsters and evil villains don't always wear capes and ugly scars. No: most of the time, they appear normal. I'm drowning in reality, in my life, and I've given up hope that a knight in shining armor will rescue me. But maybe... maybe I don't need a Prince Charming after all. Maybe a knight without the shining armor and a broken smile will be enough to save me. *Please note this is only a five chapter sample of the published book.
