He clasped his hands with hers, wiping up her broken tears with his thumb, looking down at her, on her.

"We’re like two different puzzles.." he started, pulling his hands away and wrapping them around her waist,

"But the pieces fit.." he finished, crashing her into his torso, and through all the fighting and resisting, she gave up, crying into the one man that always caused the tears. Even if she wanted to she couldn't get away from him, the hold he had too tight for her to be ripped away.

He was toxic, and she was already poisoned.
