Aurora Swan is a doctor from Central City that works at STAR Labs that finds out about Jill and Oliver's identities. When the particle accelerator explodes in CC, she gets powers that allow her to control, manipulate and create ice. Her other name is Glacia.
Raven Evangeline is a member of the League, Nyssa's right hand. She comes to target Jill as a way to lure Amy back to the city and for them both to learn of their family's past.
Kira and Karma Mahageni are the twins from the Triad who abandoned the Triad once they found out that China White knew of the Undertaking. ARGUS now has them in possession, turning them into members of the Suicide Squad. Unlike the other members, they're not killers, and they don't ever want to be.
