Jill Wright/Sapphire gets the surprise of her life when her sister Amy comes back from the League of Assassins when she thought she had died when their ship had wrecked six years ago. And Amy is also a vigilante that goes by Ruby, bringing in a closet full of skeletons and family secrets tying their family to the League.
Justin Smoak is little brother to Felicity with a heart condition. His blood vessel could burst at any moment and end his life, but that doesn't stop him from being a bodyguard, a police consultant, a self-defense class instructor to Skylar, who become an item, or working with Team Sapphire Arrow.
Skylar Queen has been learning how to defend herself. She has a big enough heart where she can't let anyone die in vain. She may not be a vigilante, but she is a hero in her own right.
Jessica Lance is a detective that lost her boyfriend to a criminal. Jill and Oliver helped her get justice, which led them to helping each other in future cases. The affiliation to the vigilantes lead to a demotion to a regular cop, but she doesn't care as long as she still gets to make a difference.
Aurora Swan is a doctor from Central City that works at STAR Labs that finds out about Jill and Oliver's identities. When the particle accelerator explodes in CC, she gets powers that allow her to control, manipulate and create ice. Her other name is Glacia.
Raven Evangeline is a member of the League, Nyssa's right hand. She comes to target Jill as a way to lure Amy back to the city and for them both to learn of their family's past.
Kira and Karma Mahageni are the twins from the Triad who abandoned the Triad once they found out that China White knew of the Undertaking. ARGUS now has them in possession, turning them into members of the Suicide Squad. Unlike the other members, they're not killers, and they don't ever want to be.
With all of them working together, can they stop Slade Wilson and his army of Mirakuru-powered men? Or will they die trying to leave the city to burn?All Rights Reserved

She was trained by the best, and has no fear or feelings whatsoever. Or so we'd think. She's direct and never bites her tongue. She's grown up training to be the best and fought in the Vietnam war as an undercover assassin. Although when it comes to the outside world she's clueless and knows not the ways of the social world, she excels and is a sacred warrior when it comes to the spy world. She doesn't like being told what to do or how to do it. She yearns to have the blood of her enemies on her hands and dripping down her samurai sword. One day she goes out to the supermarket to gather food, playing "normal" she tries her best to fit in, but it doesn't go so well. Irma somehow manages to help this young woman. She even decides to take her in. Irma is in it for a friend, but she doesn't know that her roommate is an assassin yearning to do many dirty things to her, things that Irma have never done, things that are normal for the assassin.
