Steven was 14 years old when he found out that Grailee has an spinocerebellar degeneration disease a very rare disease that will slowly kill the movement of the body of the patient including her talking and eating capabilities. The patient won't die because of this disease but due to simple things.

After 5 years Grailee's disease has taken her body. She couldn't talk, walk and eat anymore. While she was sleeping she was choked by her saliva and died.
