Just A Little Bit Insane

This is about a girl that works in every branch of the government because of her natural ability of reading minds. Cliche, she knows this. She has the normal cliche of being an orphan and then being adopted. But instead of having a normal family, or friends, she had been adopted by the government, all of her files were destroyed, no one knows her real name, nor what she looks like outside of the guards that live in her house with her that are around every corner. She is quite literally named "#1003" by the government itself.
