What is a children's tale without and overlying moral?
One that spawns a sense of ethic value. A lesson of what should and should not be.
Now, what is a tale, a story, a book but a way to disconnect from what miseries the world may have to offer?
A way to leave one behind for the promise of one better.
Essentially, a means of escape.
But, what if, for young Callub, it isn't truly a means of escape, but rather a race for the key in fact do so himself.
In where the only means of actual escape, from the pages and ink that bind him, is through finding said moral value and putting the story to rest for good.
Meet Encroacher: a boy not bound by the simple laws of imagination. To whom every sentence is a trail and every story is a world that he can enter as he pleases.
Though getting out is another "story" altogether.
~Please Note~ It takes a bit to properly get going so please bear with me
