Naomi Batiste is seen as the sweet, shy, tomboy who is nice to everyone but chooses to be a loner. She is always being kind and considerate of others. Everyone is always nice to her or ignores her....except Elijah Moretti. She doesn't know why he messes with her and she doesn't care. As long as no one finds out what she does for a living or learn anything about her past, she'll keep up the innocent act...for now.
Elijah Moretti is the schools star quarterback with a seemingly perfect life. For some reason he can not get Naomi out of his mind and like most boys raised around toxic masculinity...he's mean to the girl he likes. He is forced to come to terms with his feelings when circumstances force the together.
This is not the regular CLICHE book where the sweet girl changes the boy and he starts being nice to her and they fall in love. No this is the book where the boy realizes the 'sweet angel' is actually a She Devil.
