Castiel is an army doctor and Dean is a soldier. When circumstances bring them together, things get complicated very quickly.

The Army's strict policies dictate that romantic and or sexual relations are outlawed among men. People found engaging in such relationships can be dishonourably discharged from the army and sent home.

Dean won't let that happen, and Castiel won't let them be apart.
