Anastasia Violet Bouvier, a sweet, strong willed girl with a happy and normal life, for a Werewolf. She's strong, agile and one of her Packs strongest Warriors. It also helps to be the Alpha's baby sister. Nothing gets her down.

Bryant Aron Ericson is a Vampire/Werewolf hybrid, gathering Pack members by destroying Packs and forcing the remaining survivors to join his Pack and follow him to more killings. He is dark, haunted by his inner demons and determined. He is considered a monster.

During an attack, Ana is fighting off Werewolves and protecting a small little boy from being killed. She managed to kill her attackers but before she can get away, her wolf finds her mate. Bryant. Shocked and disgusted, Ana tries to escape but he was too fast. He kidnaps her and calls off the attack. Ana finds out first hand why he's called a monster but she also discovers that there is more to him than his monstrous side.
