A 17 year old named Thomas Lane, has a good life and is trying to enjoy the summer while it's there but, suddenly, He see's on the News there has been mysterious murders around the city of NY and hundred's of people had suffered and died.... Lane's Parents also died by that cause and he wants to do one thing.... Kill the person who commited the crimes
