For seasons upon seasons, ShadowClan has been tormented by vicious battles and conflicts among their neighboring clans. But as Acornkit is born into ShadowClan and begins her ascent to an apprentice and finally a warrior, an even larger war is brewing on the horizon. Soon enough, she finds herself thrown into the center of the vicious storm. Stakes take a turn for the worst when accusations start to fall on her, and conflicts begin to arise inside the clan, causing her to face a multitude of decisions. Along with that, a vengeful face from the past threatens and ensues chaos within the clan, revealing a long, hidden history.
