In a canyon atop a mountain is the large lakeside town of VileVille. Monsters and humans (mostly monsters) live in peace with each other. It seems a perfect town except one detail. 

   Its terrorized by a vampire, who is referred to as the Lord of Death. 


  When a famous French painter by the name of Encre moves into town, the eyes of the beast surprisingly fall spin him, and he seeks out the painter, for more reason than one. Though Encre is a brilliant individual will he be able to out smart the vampire? Will he be captured?
