" Detective Castro, We have another report on 'Street Painter', She hasn't been caught in the act and citizens are starting to worry that we won't catch her. We should we do now detective?" I looked at her "Don't worry about it, we'll catch her soon and put her in Prison."

  Street Painter, a skilled criminal who doesn't get caught in the act. Alexis Fernandez, always getting into trouble. Chase Carter, the outlooker. He looks out for any cops.
