Tom and Nelly could be somewhat called the ‘best of friends’ until one day, Tom’s friend, Cristoforo warns him to leave her. He is confused by a roaming rumor told and tries to battle his conscience; whether to confront Nelly or pretend it’s never been told. But just as he decides to finally confront his best friend, Nelly disappears. She stops attending school, answering her cell phone or any form of contact. Her parents are dumbfounded of her whereabouts because she’s left all of her belongings behind! Except for the one book she lent to Tom when he met her for the first time. Tom then makes an oath to himself, to find Nelly, fake friend or snob, it didn’t matter. What did: She was always there for Tom. He would do it, even in the dangerous city of Baltimore, Maryland. How would he be able to find his one and only best friend if no one wants to support him? Their reason? She deserves it. Could he do it by himself? And if he did, what would he do to solve the mystery?
