Jeremy Layne is a transgender boy and a senior in highschool. Only months from graduation, he falls down a treacherous path of self destruction. Ever since he was a kid, Jeremy dreamed of going to his state umiversity to ne a therapost for people in the LGBT community. He has an unsupportive family consisting of an alcoholic mother and an abusive father who isn't home often. His younger sister, Emma-lynn is more supportive. She's a junior and a hardcore druggie.  Is Jeremy going to crack under all the pressure? Or make it out alive?
