Now living in Metropolis and giving Superman hell with her boyfriend C.J Spade BailQuinn can't figure out if she is still Bailee Crater who was stuck in Arkham for twelve years or if she has took on the roll as the daughter of The Joker and Harley Quinn. 
She has her own Henchmen and her own hideouts but,  will a call from daddy change that?

Rowan Wayne never expected her life to turn out this way. Born to the Joker under the name "Ace", she was taken into the foster care system when she was four and the Joker dragged her along to his first appearance in Gotham. She scoured the city to find him, but for six months, they heard nothing. Until Bruce was sent a video tape. Rowan was devastated that Jason had been murdered. For five years she tried to recover, and suddenly, Scarecrow begins a complete take over of Gotham City with a mysterious stranger, only called "The Arkham Knight", who seems to know everything about Bruce. And about her. What will she find out as the night progresses? Katrina was born and raised in Louisiana until the age of five when her parents were brutally murdered and attempted her death as well. She was taken in by her apparent godfather, Bruce Wayne. Katrina is sixteen and not your average teen. She and her friends have a fascination with the villains of Gotham and she herself is invited to go job shadowing at Arkham Asylum when things go horribly wrong. Bruce and Richard have tried all their lives to keep Katrina happy and keep Batman and Robin a secret from her. Her strange attraction to Gotham's crime worries them and they soon realize they'll have to make a choice that could potentially cause her to hate them forever. Joker and Riddler, along with every other villain in Gotham, take a liking to Katrina when she visits Arkham on that fateful day. Will there be a war between the notorious criminals as to who can keep her as their own?

Amidst the chaos of a welcoming rogues gallery and the unraveling Batfamily, the two have to find a way to stay alive and stay together. That's when they give her a chance. A chance to be reunited with the Joker once and for all. All she has to do is enter the Miss USA contest and stay in long enough to kill one of the contestants, who happens to be a main suspect for several recent murders. Seems easy enough for a girl like Harley, right? But when the tables turn and Harley's target tries to drown her, she can't. She can't because Harley can breath underwater. Harley has one more secret, though, one that might put not only her, but the Joker in danger.
