Maeve has taken Aelin, to forge her into her own weapon, with the help of the mysterious fae of another realm. Aelin must play along with Maeves' own plans, to save herself and the ones she loves, but who can she trust?

So, Kaelith Virelan must wait until Tamlin finds a human lover , with a hatred in her heart for faeries who would kill a fae, preferably one of his men, in cold blood. And then voluntarily go to live with Tamlin in the Spring Court, and eventually get her to fall in love with him.
