[ Book 2 in The Buddies Rule Series ]

Bree Hendly's life has only gotten more and more complicated since the start of her junior year of college. Now, with the sudden departures of her two best friends, she's starting to find that things aren't as easy as they once were.

With a new semester in a new city underway, Bree and Lewis must find a way to keep their heads held high; and what better way to move on from their past then to create a rule, one that prohibits any and all contact with those who have left them behind.

But just when things are beginning to work out for the two, word gets back to them about one deed that can't be undone, and one that will change the way they look at their two best friends forever.

Will the distance between these four best friends help ease the pain of losing one another? Or will the group be forced to come to terms with all that's happened since the start of this year?

Fading Boundaries Again

45 parts Complete Mature

Olivia Wren grew up in a strict household-the kind with rules for everything: when to go to bed, where she could be, and constant location tracking the second she left the house. Most teenagers would've rebelled. But not Liv. She followed every rule down to the last letter. So when she got to college, it made sense that she'd use her freedom to the fullest. Parties, late nights, no one watching her every move. For a while, it felt like everything she'd missed out on. But after two years, the freedom starts to lose its shine. With nothing solid to fall back on, Liv lets herself go. It takes hitting a low point to realize that the girl she's become isn't who she wants to be anymore. Then there's Jace Rylan Camden. The kind of guy Liv's sworn off. He shows up to class drunk on the first day-not exactly the best first impression. He's an athlete, lives in a frat house, and hangs out with his loud group of friends. Basically, everything Liv's tried to leave behind. But when casual class interactions turn into seeing each other outside of it, Liv starts to question whether she's really moved on-or if Jace might be different from what she thought. Especially when the two stumble into a fake relationship- kind of will be hard to keep away from each other this way huh?
