She takes the opportunity to scour her birth galaxy for hints toward a mysterious trait about herself: her ability to create dimensional rifts at will. Along the way, they are joined by Ratchet, Rivet, Clank, Kit, Talwyn and others who guide them around the galaxy, sometimes sharing more than just adventure.~ So, this is a wildly canon-divergent post-RA alternate universe. For the record, I am aware Ratchet and Talwyn are canonically dating (as far as I'm aware), but for the purposes of this AU they broke up some time before Rift Apart. The title is subject to change, however it's been like this since I began writing the tale back in 2019. It has gone through an ENORMOUS rewrite prior to posting. Chapters are going to be semi-oneshot format. They may be written at different times but will be part of the larger plot.
