In the future the world has been split up by the government by the elements of which the citizen's can control. At the age of 18 you are required to take a series of test of 3 days. On the first they cut you to see what color your blood is. This will decided your second test. How well can you control that element. Then on the last day what job and tribe you will be put in. Quinn daniellson  a young girl who has just turn 18  bleeds clear.
