It was a normal day before everything went up in flames. A nature research facility exploded, covering the town in a thick cloud of purple smoke, turning every bug and insect into giant mutants out for blood. People ran every which way as the world we once knew went down in flames. Blood filled the streets as the ones left only watched in horror as their loved ones got eaten alive. When the legendary assassin, The Red Serpent, re-emerges from the shadows, their presence threatens to shatter the peace. The Humanitarians send their most dangerous enforcer, Jackson Stone-a cold-hearted killer driven by his own dark secrets-to hunt them down. He only finds himself drawn to the one he was told to hate.
