Imagine being on the streets. Having nothing except God, school and the talent you have to keep you alive. Seems miserable? Because it is.

Hello, name is Devin Jinx. As you know, I live on the streets. Lets start on how that happened. Parents. Oh boy, my parents told me I was the disgrace. I am the disgrace in my family. My parents kicked me out the family when I was about three. No one wanted me. I wonder why. I go to school because my parents care about education. Humiliated in school everyday and devastating homework at night. No one helps me, so I do everything by myself. I find out that I'm acing most of my classes. I'm always getting bullied by my siblings when they see me. Give me disgusted looks a lot. So, yea. A bit description me.

Hopefully, you'll like this book.

This is the first book I have wrote. (Not literally. I, personally, didn't like writing that book)

"Did you ever think about perspective? It's a funny thing. People are essentially looking at the same, but everyone sees something different. And I can't help but feel like I see something that isn't suppose to be there. Something...completely out of the picture." People can go through many horrible things and live. Emma Gonzalez knows that better than most, though she would hardly admit to the hell she went through. After spending years separated from her siblings by a tragedy that can't be undone, she is back with her family, starting a new life. New house, new school, new people. She got a chance to start over and she intends to use it for the best. But can she really do that with the shadows of her past always behind her? Noah Knight thought his life couldn't get worse. His love life went to hell and his personal seem to want to follow right behind. He needed a break. But a new school year is here, which means new homework and exams. Yay! Though after discovering the arrival of new kids, he believes things might take a turn. He is proven correct when a blond beauty with unique eyes walks in with her brothers and trouble starts to show it's face to the world. After getting tangled in her crazy world full of art, talking food, soccer and horror toilet, he believes he should have sat this one out. Too late now. Hi guys! This is my very first story, so constructive criticism, pointing out grammar errors and tipos is welcomed. English isn't my mother language, so I would appreciate your help. Warning: This book will involve adult content such as mature language, bullying, child abuse and rape. If there is someone reading this who went through the things listed above, I want you to know that you are not alone. You are loved and very strong to continue fighting, and I'm sorry about everything you went and probably still are going through. If you want to talk with a stranger for a different perspective, my chat is always open for you. SLOW UPDATES!

*~*~* REWRITTEN AND PUBLISHED AS HUNTINGTON AVENUE ON MY PROFILE *~*~* Zachary West has it all. Near-perfect grades, a kind, loving family, and is a guitar prodigy. Seems like a wonderful life, right? Most good things come with at least one catch, though: He's blind. Following a move from Washington to New York, Zach struggles to fit in with everyone else. Little did he know that high school across the country would be extremely different than back home. He would endure new town, new home, new friends, but also new hardships. Will Zach find a way to fit in with his new surroundings? Then, there's Kelsey Davis, one of the popular girls of the school. She's beautiful, charming, and, of course, she can be a bit questionable. Luckily, there's almost always a side to people that nobody sees. Hanging out with the wrong crowd has gotten to Kelsey's nerves, but she doesn't want to leave her friends. Having such a reputation with the entire school has extremely high standards, and she can't meet them anymore. Will everything change when she notices a unique boy among the crowds who might need a friend? *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Disclaimer: This is the very first book that I ever wrote. It was created in the Fall of 2018 by a 15-year-old girl who had no idea how to construct and develop a story. It's still a very precious story to my heart and I will always keep it published here. :) Word Count: ~70,000-75,000

CRINGE WARNING! First book I ever wrote on here!! -- "Sometimes the person who you are willing to take a bullet for is the person behind the gun." I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted. People who seem perfect and they look like they have no floors'; they are the people who are suffering, like I was. But I found my savior in the most uncommon place. He was able to look through my mask, he saw the cracks, and tried to fix the broken girl that hid away deep inside the girl who only wanted to be seen as 'fine'. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. I'm a 17 year old girl who has suffered more than any other, beginning to believe that 'Hope' was just another word the people throw around. Until I fell in love with a badboy. I was kicked around like trash on the streets. I was the book that nobody could understand or read, but without a care, they were quick to rip out the pages. I screamed for attention, but time after time, I was ignored. Nobody noticed me, so I made myself at home in my own shadow. They say there's light at the end of the tunnel -- I searched and searched for it, but it could never be found. Therefore, I lost hope as I hid in the shade and endured what seemed like everlasting pain. The little hope I did have was snatched from my arms. My baby brother was my life, and they took my glimpse of hope away. Home. Is that a word? Maybe for a family of some kind, but for me, I never had a place to call home. I moved from place to place. Unstable foster care, fighting for my life in group homes, barely surviving in detention centers, and running away from being mistreated as I made many benches my temporary home. The only thing that I was familiar with was a black plastic bag containing my dirty rags. I am too young to know what it feels like to survive. These are the cards life has dealt me and I am not meant to win; however, I easily lose without trying. It is hard for me to find peace. I am paying for my mother's reckless actions. I am trapped in a world where the sun has died because I am unable to feel love. I am unable to dream. Sorrow is my aura, and the sadness hugs me. My eyes are closed shut by the barbed wire fence from my eyelashes as they prohibit tears from falling. I am damaged. When will the morning come? Did the sun put up a fight last night, like I do every single day? If I can survive the day, I know the sun isn't dead. One day, I will awake to a glorious sunrise. Until then, I hope my brother keeps blowing his pinwheel, and I will keep making wishes with every dandelion I come across. For now, all I know is that everything was taken from me, and the only thing I own is my name.

**I WROTE THIS WHEN I WAS 13** Caleb is the typical guy that every girl wants. He's hot and charming, and he knows that very well. What makes him even more popular is that Caleb isn't a player. He knows how to treat a girl and he's friendly with everyone, making him irresistible. Then, his everyday life takes a different twist one sunny day. It's weird to see him annoyed that his homeroom teacher called him in from his football practice to deliver homework to a classmate, a girl named Rose that refuses to go to school. Rose takes the online classes instead, and the homeroom teacher wants her to come back in class for a certain reason. The school can't risk her getting expelled for skipping. Caleb goes to Rose's house, confident that he can convince her to come to school. But he didn't expect a quiet but beautiful house. He is directed by her parents to leave her stuff in her room and to leave quickly. Curiosity takes the best of him and Caleb wanders around the gorgeous house. He enters a closet. And he also didn't expect a girl, the classmate 'living' in that closet. Rose's blind and she's deaf. The unexpected love between two completely different people begins.
