This book is about a tough love with a lot of twist. the main charter is a half vampire and her step mom is a full one the step mom kills the dad. the dad is raven's favrite person in the wrold she stays long after the death of her father then runs away and thats where this book starts. she runs away and decides to stop in a small town yet she doesnt knoe that there is the guy of her dreams. she most make a choose to leave him behind and save his life and not tell him or to tell him and put his life in more danger then it already is.
