There are some things we never talk about, but always think about. What would it feel like to be dead? What's after the death? How would you die?
Maybe it's just how we are made. We don't know when we would die, so what to expect? No one ever came back from the death so how would we know? Even if people think they would know, they don't at all. Life is short, so what if "The After" is longer then life is? What if you don't realize you're dead and just live your life?
Then you might have a never ending life.

Earth 2 - It's where we go when we die.
What happens when we die? We think to ourselves if we just knew that we would have peace of mind. One thing is for certain now, there is an afterlife. On Earth (e1) wars were fought and millions died defending their "truth." And then the greatest trick of all occurs: we die, we're reborn on Earth 2 (e2) and we still don't know a goddamn thing. From a philosophical standpoint it's even more disconcerting than not knowing. And so, the quintessential question on Earth 2 remains the same as it did on Earth: "What happens when we die?" A group of Magicians banded together to collect these Artifacts and store them. Whenever the universe was in danger, a new team would form to become powerful Magicians and save the world. They are... 100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden. Ran - Unusual Happenings
Three years since everything changed, you had been through hell and survived, scarred emotionally and physically. Finally able to leave you set out with your friends who you had saved. The first winter traveling was approaching and you needed to find somewhere to hole up, taking a chance to find a cave you climbed the path, what happens during that winter will forever change your life. First meetings to travel companions to friends to family, this is a story of survival to living the good life with people you can trust and share some of the same scars. This is based off someone else's characters, I am borrowing them, some of their personality will be changed. This is a work of fiction, some things may be factual but I have taken a creative license, plus the world changed. I do not own any media used.
The After Effects
After it all happened, the Plague created what feels like a whole new world. Survivors created new lives for themselves and carried on with their lives. Me? I didn't get the chance to create a new life. Thanks to my absolutely wonderful father figure, I was forced to become an entirely different person. Thankfully I was able to escape his peachy influence and take some control of my new life. What I don't know is the Plague brought on after effects. Everything changed eleven years ago and only a few knew what actually happened after billions of people died. That all changes one-day though and I found my life completely flipped upside down.
