That war would be against the dead.   

A war between dead and the living.     

Or maybe the war inside our heads.     

We all live in a way and we all died somehow.     

We were all perfectly fine and happy before the disaster.   

It all happened so fast we don't know what hit us.     

We fought to survive.     

But as they say, "till death do us apart."
