A driven young engineer named Lumin Mira is hired by the corporate backer of the American team to manage a stable of erratic engineers and deliver a victory. On the meteor, they find a mech encased in stone which when they tried to activate would kill the pilots by melting then vaporizing them. Taking the mech back to their HQ for further research, the group sent from U.S R.A.P.U to research the meteor was attacked by an organization that managed to kidnap the leaders of the world and hold the whole solar system hostage. With the only hope being that mysterious mech, will the research group survive? And if so, what will they do about the eight taken hostage? Some time ago after humanity's once mighty Mecha Kaiju Girl, Super Mechagodzilla, was destroyed, humanity created a new Anti-Kaiju Girl robot to defend against the potential threat of Kaiju Girls. Their plan-b and solution was M.O.G.U.E.R.A., humanity's latest and mightiest anti-kaiju humanoid combat robot and new defender, modified from the wreckage of Super Mechagodzilla's remains. Only this time however, unlike its predecessors, it's the first (and only) male-based robot. M.O.G.U.E.R.A. is locked, loaded and ready for action to defend humanity, but along the way he soon learns the extent of how far the UNGCC and GDF are willing to go; by wiping out ALL Kaiju Girls regardless of which is friend or foe. With that, M.O.G.U.E.R.A. must then also come to terms with the question of whether or not all the Kaiju Girls are really as rampant, hostile and destructive as some of his human superiors of the UNGCC and Global Defense Force believe, and if coexistence is possible.
