The city of Ustroria is the pillar of society: wealthy; efficient; and, most of all, safe. Or so they say. What happens when Lielatha, a privileged, wealthy, and rebellious Royal girl, disobeys the city law and ventures past it's walls?
All her life she's been told about he dangers of the forest, the creatures lurking in the foliage, beast crouching in the shadows, and a notoriously violent band of outlaws hiding in the shadows, raiding towns and preying on the weak and naive. Every well-minded Royal lives in constant fear of these pirates, but to her the stories seem almost too convenient to be true. She breaks out of line on a search for adventure, but this curious kitten barely escapes with her life. She comes face-to-face with the villains, and falls head-over-heels in love.

They say nothing can stop true love, but can it overcome her strict upbringing, and his questionable past?
