"Eventually, your passion will only get you so far! You need money to take you to the top. Sadly, that's something you can't fake."

The look of utter contempt was something Jaelyn had grown used to over the years. It wasn't uncommon for her to receive similar sentiments from a lot of her competition although these particular words weren't veiled with the niceties she normally heard. This was pure, unrestrained loathing meant to destroy her spirits.

Well, if this girl wanted to play dirty, she had no idea what she was getting into. Jae loved to play in the mud.

"I guess we'll find out tomorrow then, when they announce the winner." Her tone was full of confidence as she rose from her seated position so that she was at her full height. Jae could be scary when she wanted to and this was one of those times.

No one ever told Jaelyn Taylor that the road to becoming a famous singer would be easy but, she knew it would be worth it all in the end. Every day she awoke with renewed fervor in her dream and took the next step towards reaching her goal.

Jae's dreams are finally coming true when, at a local competition, she gets scouted by an agent looking for candidates for an American branch of TS Entertainment. She's flown to New York for the chance of a life time. Whomever gets selected as the winner, will be TS Entertainment's newest member and go on a country wide tour with label mates B.A.P...

Now, Jae is singing for her life in the competition and straining to keep her temper in the dorm. There's trouble brewing with the other girls in the competition and Jae is one strike away from being booted out.

Can she make it through the teasing and the competition or will her temper and nerves get the best of her?
