Centuries ago, part of humanity began to awaken the capability to create matter out of thin air. These people that are born with such gifts are called "conjurers"
It might be the perfect power to build and help humanity grow. However, it's also the perfect weapon for destruction. Sadly -- The very first humans who obtained it choose the latter and brought war and chaos.
Our story begins with Max Fortez, a child who was born from a family of conjurers but never got the chance to have the same power that most his family has. One day, he witnessed a girl being kidnaped and was involved in a fight against a conjurer- the same thing that happened to him 5 years ago where he escaped the verge of death because of a fight against a conjurer.
He managed to awaken his capability to conjure and was able to save the girl but he seemed to have been involved in something far more widely when he realized that he is no ordinary type of conjurer.

Between managing a secret lair and making sure your mom doesn't stop loving you because you keep telling everyone she's dead, it's a really hard business to be good at? Add to that, the fact that somehow you got arrested because your cat sitter didn't take the day off and then you go around expressing your unconditional love for pancakes in a Super holding cell because technically they can't put you in a proper prison and you don't really have a choice because lawyers are expensive? And then, you realise your best friend is plotting go take over your spot as the greatest villain there ever was? Okay, maybe not the greatest, but you do come pretty close to it! To top it off, there's that one Superhero who's just so completely gorgeous, you couldn't imagine any harm coming to them? Because they're just that precious? Every city has its claim to fame and for the city of Cytropolis it's their superheroes. But unlike the cities of Gotham and Central City, this isn't a good thing.
