What if Harry James Potter wasn't the boy who lived? What if Harry had a twin sister that was shoved into the dark after that terrible night? What if the prophecy, the one about someone who could vanquish the dark lord, was wrong? Not by all that much, just the pronouns. What if Lily and James took the immediate answer and shoved Harry's twin sister into the dark?

My name is Lily Elizabeth Potter. Well sort of. That's the name I was born under. Call me that and you might find a knife in your throat. I go by Eli Snow. I'm the twin sister of "the-boy-who-lived". Look, the whole "quest to defeat the dark lord" thing? That's not how it happened. Why should you believe me though? I was only there! Listen, most things that happened after the summer of fourth year didn't really go like that. Here's the real story...
