Gone

When Kat's mom leaves without a proper goodbye, both her and her father are left speechless. They both go into depression and live there lives the same way everyday. Get up whenever, eat whenever, sleep whenever. Having her father work at home, and it being summer just makes everything so much easier to block out. It makes everything easier for her to ignore. Then her father makes a surprise announcement , and everything changes. Kat finds things she never thought she would find, and at the same time reveals secrets that should have stayed buried.
