After the spring season has begun over Japan, two ordinary people meet under a small similarly structured to a pavilion. For the two, rain meant excitement and joy although they are both seeming to run from something. The story takes place in the eyes of 1st year Hitoshi Akira. (Akira Hitoshi in English) It is an unknown coincidence on how time and weather can bring people into one place.
