Look, taking care of someone that's part cat and human isn't easy. Sure, you may read stories that shows how easy it is or whatever. 
Though, is it really that easy? In reality, no. 
Generally, I dislike those who leave their Neko's just because they make life 'tough'. Well, it's not their fault, it's the master's fault, your Neko.
Following these steps should make you take care of your Neko a much easier task without having to abandon them.
