Me and my friend have been working on this comic ever since 6th grade and I've devoted to make a book about it for like a rough draft for the comic. The story is about not one but almost all the characters in the story. follow the lives of these teenagers/adults through their after life (or their real life) as they learn how to fight the evil that lurks in the shadow realm (where they live). As the monsters grow stronger some stories will unfold. As the story continues you will see they start to develop love interest, enemies, or find their lost families. Some characters will die off some will live through the war of good and evil.

This story is about a 16 year old girl named Melody Swift. Ever since her mother died, her so-called "father" started abusing her. Kids at school are cruel, they bully her brutally just because she's different. She simply waits for everything to get better, after all what's the point in trying when the world will do whatever they can to drag you down. Her only escape from this twisted reality is a creature named Shadow. A terrifying creature that is somehow more humane than the so-called humans around her. Shadow could easily take all her problems away, but Melody refuses to take the easy way out. That is, until she just couldn't take it anymore, she takes Shadow's offer and soon her life got better. Her bullies started disappearing, showing up dead in the woods. Their bodies badly mutilated, almost unrecognizable. Life at school started getting better, she finally had human friends and even a boyfriend. Her "father" was found dead at her house. The torture had finally ended. Unfortunately this story doesn't have a happy ending, after all karma always strikes back.Complete
