Let's Pretend

`You know you can not give him all that he needs. You know he is finding that comfort in another while not home with you. You know you must let him go now so he may be happier than with you. You know all this and yet it still hurts.`

A tale of a Woman waiting on her partner to return home. She will confront him on his disloyalty and cut him loose of their relationship as cleanly as her mechanical thinking can. Business-like and impersonal as if they were talking about the weather. She has a plan now how to proceed and makes it as painless as possible for both parties.

And yet he can break through that.
