"I need you to remember that even if I'm miles away from you, I'm always thinking about you. This is not goodbye for us, I promise you it isn't, I'm not letting this be the end of our story."

***

Adrianna Sophia Williams, at 13, found herself heartbroken at the hands of her bestfriend who she had fallen in love with. With a new found untrusting gaze for the male species and a mask covering her true self, she sets out with an unwavering purpose- taking revenge on Troy if he ever dares to return.

Troy Alexander Smith, at 13, found himself moving to another state and being forced to leave the person he loved- his best friend- behind. But mere weeks after moving, he's breaking every promise he made to Adrianna.

Now that both are 17, almost 18 and ready for college, they find themselves back in the same place where it all began. Adrianna has a cruel smirk and a cruel plan to get her revenge, and Troy is least bothered. He gets every girl he wants, so eventually he has to get her back too, right?

Wrong.

Follow Adrianna, Troy, Xavier and Addison on this coming-of-age journey that is riddled with heartwarming friendships, passionate love, burning rage and jealousy. Throw in to the mix a little extra spice, some unexpected turns, tonnes of fun and what do we get?

A sick, twisted and disastrous love story- one worth writing about.
