Rose's epilepsy has brought her endless misery. The past four years of her life have been nothing but pills and tests and doctors. Then a certain partical accelerator explodes, turning her problems into powers. Rose now has the power to use her seizures to stop time. Then, one day, she steals from a crime scene and has The Flash after her. So she stops time and gets away. The team tracks her down, but when they do, Cisco asks her to join the team. So now Team Flash has a new member: Rose, aka. Cranial Misfire.
