----- (Arsalan's POV) She lifted her purse and raised it to strike me once with more, the anger returning to her eyes but only half-heartedly. As it came down, I grabbed it this time, stopping it from landing another blow to my shoulder. I looked deep into her eyes. "Hiba... look at me." And she did.
